A warm welcome to students using this blog for their course in Property, Planning and Economics. You will use this blog to summarise and lead discussions on the class readings for each week, and to prepare you for each week's tutorial. Detailed instructions both on how to use the site and on the nature of the class assignments are available on the DLS, and have (will be) handed out in class. Other readers of the blog are welcome to contribute their thoughts and insights.

Students need to sign up for the readings they wish to summarise. This will be done in the first class, but if, for any reason, you haven't done this, please email me. There will be 5-6 readings per week. Students are expected to read all the summaries and discussions, and at least one of the readings in full before class. Discussions are not limited to that week however, and all contributions to a discussion will be counted towards your final grade for this component.
